By buying at KAIZE STORE you agree to these terms.

Our service. KAIZE STORE sells game top-ups, gift cards and other digital products, delivered online.

Your information. You must enter the right player ID, zone ID or username. Please check it with 🔎 Check ID before you pay: we deliver to what you typed.

Payment. You pay with KHQR in your own bank app, or with your shop balance. Prices are in US dollars.

Delivery. Automatic top-ups usually arrive within minutes. Some products are delivered by our team. If we can't deliver an order, the amount goes back to your shop balance.

Refunds. Digital products that were delivered can't be returned. A top-up delivered to an ID that was typed wrong can't be refunded. If something went wrong, contact our support within 7 days.

Fair use. Orders paid with someone else's money, fraud or abuse are cancelled, and we may block access to the shop.

Changes. We may change prices, products and these terms at any time. The version on this page applies to new orders.

Privacy Policy

What we collect. The player ID or username you type, your orders and their payment status. If you log in with Telegram: your Telegram ID, name and username. Your IP address and browser, to protect the shop from spam and fraud.

Why. To deliver your orders, give support and stop fraud.

Payments. KHQR payments happen in your bank app. We never see your bank account, card or log-in.

Checking an ID. When you tap 🔎 Check ID, we look up that ID or username with the game's or service's public lookup, to show you who will receive the order.

Cookies. A cookie keeps you logged in and shows your orders on this device. Your light or dark choice is saved in your browser.

Sharing. To deliver a top-up we send the player ID to our top-up supplier. We don't sell your information.
